Vitamins and minerals are necessary for our growth, vitality, and general well being. Intravenous vitamin therapy involves the infusion of nutrients in high concentrations to rapidly support cellular function. Normally, cells in the digestive tract facilitate the absorption of nutrients. During an IV treatment, the digestive tract is bypassed which allows cells to rapidly obtain the nutrients needed to function.

IV Vitamin Therapy may help:

- Improve hydration
- Increase energy
- Improve resilience to stress
- Strengthen immunity
- Facilitate tissue healing, repair or recovery

Please Note: Masks continue to be required for IV treatments if you are in a group setting.

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without hiding, shrinking, or pretending. I believe that healing trauma starts with genuine human connection. When we can safely explore the parts of ourselves we often keep tucked away, lasting change becomes possible. I’m passionate about trauma therapy, inner child work, and couples therapy, because I believe that transforming how we relate to ourselves and our loved ones is life’s greatest gift. My approach combines person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and emotionally focused therapy, and is informed by internal family systems (IFS). These approaches aren’t about quick fixes. Instead, they invite you to look deeper—to get curious about the beliefs, patterns, and emotions shaping your life. 25 years of experience as a physiotherapist informs my holistic view of you as a person. In our sessions, you can expect real conversations, thoughtful reflection, and moments of challenge. Having a second career as a counsellor is a privilege and a passion. It’s an honor to be part of your journey towards becoming the person who you are meant to be.
